It’s the Night before our 15th Annual Catch the Stars Youth Holiday Camp and I can hardly contain my excitement. My house is filled with family and friends-basketballs are bouncing in the driveway and my halls are filled with the laughter! That is what I love most!!
A lil action from 2014 camp : )
It's hard to believe that it's been 15 years! The camp originally started because I remember sitting around after Christmas wondering what I was going to do during the rest of the holiday break. My idea was to host a camp for kids that provides a positive outlet for them to learn basketball fundamentals, life skills and just have fun! What started as a vision & a dream is now a reality!
Now, here we are 15 years in! As I head into my final season in a Fever uniform, it's moments and accomplishments off the court that mean so much. I absolutely love the city of Indianapolis and how I've been embraced and received as if I were a natural born Hoosier. It's such a blessing to be able to give back & provide a positive spark to our future stars!
My mark on Indy LOL! Catching Stars all over...
Christmas was amazing as always as I got to spend quality time with both my and my fiancee’s family. Isn’t it amazing how the celebration and birth of Jesus Christ can provide so many happy moments and so much joy and love to all. The presents are always great, but the best part about the holidays is always time with my family!!
A lil fun with the ladies for Christmas at Abuelo's
2016 is ahead of us, but until then I will enjoy the last few days of 2015 with family, friends, and over 200 campers. I'm so excited that I can hardly contain myself! There's nothing more incredible than being able to share my gifts & my first love-basketball with others!
