Happy Monday everyone! : ) I’m sitting at the airport in between Indiana and India ready to travel over with the NBA and Reliant Foundation to host camps and clinics over in Mumbai and Chennai. Talk about super excited!! I love being able to travel the world, but even moreso being able to teach the game I love, and experience new cultures!! http://www.wnba.com/fever/news/wnba-champion-tamika-catchings-jr-nba-city-championships-india.html
This week has been an awesome one full of fun, excitement and a little bit of traveling. There’s always time for working out and on top of that I had meetings in NY for the Women’s National Basketball Player’s Association, more meetings in Indiana for my Catch the Stars Foundation, and I participated in a Google chat room.
Through my Social Media hits focused on the 2015 “Champion for Change” Aetna Calendar, my SportsBlog chat and me heading to India to do the NBA/WNBA basketball clinics, everything has been jumping. By the way, if you didn’t catch the Aetna Calendar interview and the Sports Blog google chat, you can go to:

While you’re at it, make sure to check out our Catch the Stars Holiday Camp video on the front page of www.catchthestars.org. This month only we are offering 2015 Holiday camp for $50. Only 5 days left, so sign up TODAY!! : )
I participated in the American Heart Association’s #IndyHasHeart Initiative. Next month is American Heart Month in which we have been invited to GO RED FOR WOMEN. “Heart disease is the Number 1 killer of women, taking the life of 1 woman every minute.” (AHA) It’s time for us all to stand up and give support for a disease that affects us all- whether directly or indirectly.
